Nanook

Nanook, born in 2012, is one-half of a bonded pair alongside his lifelong companion Luna. When he and Luna first arrived at TWP in December of 2015, he immediately sized up the eight-foot fence and climbed to the top. Sometimes he just likes to be above Luna to be sure he gets his fair share of attention. Immediately gentle and friendly with everyone he meets, Nanook is a favorite with our tour guests. Volunteers know he has a mischievous side, too: Nanook is our most accomplished treat thief who will do anything for a Pupperoni. This calm, clever boy soaks up all the affection he can find, and he has great leash manners, too. With the right family and a secure enclosure, Nanook is ready to spend the rest of his life in a loving home alongside his partner Luna.
