Come join us for our regular scheduled workday and to WALK the woofers (the highlight of their day), clean up the enclosures and clear brush from the perimeter fence. Tours are $10.00 per person (donation) which includes social contact with the animals. Cell phones are considered chew toys to woofers. Valuables should be secured properly.

Avoiding the Texas Renaissance Festival Traffic

The Texas Renaissance Festival runs from Oct 8th through Nov. 27th. Ren Fest is practically in our backyard, therefore there will be a lot more traffic (bumper to bumper). Here are some directions on how to steer clear of the traffic. It will add probably 15 min to the commute, at least it is scenic.

Take TX249 to FM 149 turn right. Stay left when you see Spur 149. Cross FM1488 and follow Jackson St to end. Turn left on FM 1486. Follow to Weeren Rd and make a left. 24874 Weeren Rd.

Texas Wolfdog Project will be at the 2nd Annual Fall Havest Festival. Come out learn about our rescue. This event is held in Magnolia at Arlan's Market #19. Stop by and meet Domino, Nanook and some of our volunteers. We will have some of our gift shop items and educational information.
